About the Role:

We are looking for confident and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and assist with queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle inbound/outbound calls as per the assigned process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality.
Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Support,



Telecalling, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and professional personality.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented setting.
