Key Responsibilities
Inventory Sourcing & Lead Management
Proactively identify and source high-quality pre-owned vehicles through various channels (customer walk-ins, digital leads, trade-ins, and referrals).
Conduct cold calls and follow up on inquiries to build a consistent pipeline of potential sellers.
Maintain and update the CRM/ERP system with lead statuses and inventory details.
Vehicle Evaluation & Pricing
Perform thorough physical inspections of vehicles to assess condition, mileage, and service history.
Utilize internal valuation tools to provide accurate, competitive price quotes to customers.
Negotiate purchase prices effectively to ensure a healthy profit margin for the dealership while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage all necessary paperwork for vehicle acquisition,



including RC transfer documents, NOCs, and insurance verification.
Ensure full compliance with RTO regulations and internal dealership audit standards.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Legal departments to ensure timely payment processing and documentation closure.
Relationship Management
Maintain qualified, transparent communication with sellers to build trust and brand reputation.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sourced inventory meets the requirements of the showroom.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
