We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a skilled manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails.
Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office correspondence.
Maintain front office records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams for smooth office operations.
Support HR and Administration with onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.




Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
Robust interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Skilled appearance and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of visitor management systems is an added advantage.

Location : NANAKARAMGUDA ,HYDERABAD ONLY

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
