Key Responsibilities
Generate leasing enquiries through brokers, referrals, and direct marketing.
Identify and acquire current tenants for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate rental terms and finalize lease agreements.
Coordinate documentation, LOIs, lease agreements, registration, and possession.
Maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research on rental trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy.
Maintain a leasing customer database.
Ensure timely lease renewals and manage vacancy reduction.
Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets.

Required Skills
Robust negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.




Knowledge of residential and commercial leasing.
Understanding of lease agreements and documentation.
Ability to build and maintain broker and client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any relevant field.
MBA is an added advantage.

Experience
3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing.
Experience in residential and commercial leasing is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
