About the Role

Kaafay is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, sales, and strategic planning within a quick-growing coffee brand.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day business operations across different departments.
Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Monitor inventory and operational processes.
Help plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Analyze business performance and suggest process improvements.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management,



or a related field (MBA/PGDM candidates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
