Key Responsibilities
Model building facades and elevations in SketchUp with full architectural detail — proportion, materials, textures, fenestration, and articulation.
Build detailed interior 3D models with accurate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting layouts.
Create AI-assisted photorealistic renders using Nano Banana / Gemini / ChatGPT (mandatory) for both facade and interior views.
Translate 2D architectural drawings and design concepts into accurate, presentation-ready 3D models.
Prepare supporting 2D layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings as needed.
Maintain a reusable library of materials, textures, and furniture blocks to speed up modeling across projects.
Coordinate with the design and site teams to ensure modeled facade and interior details match what can actually be executed on site.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight presentation timelines.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
4–8+ years of experience with a strong portfolio specifically showing facade elevation modeling and detailed interiors in SketchUp.
Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory) — facade elevation modeling and full interior detailing.
Hands-on experience with AI rendering tools (Nano Banana, Gemini, ChatGPT) is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of materials, finishes, facade systems, and lighting.
Ability to read and work from architectural and structural drawings.
Positive communication skills; comfortable presenting design intent to the leadership and client-facing team.
A portfolio demonstrating facade and interior modeling work is mandatory at application stage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
