We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Operator to manage and handle GeM portal activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
Create and manage product catalogs and service listings.
Generate product links and upload products as per GeM guidelines.
Participate in bids, reverse auctions, and tender processes.
Work on L1 (Lowest Bidder) management and bid optimization.
Prepare and submit quotations, technical documents, and compliance documents.
Track orders, invoices, payments, and delivery status.
Coordinate with government buyers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of bids, orders, and portal activities.




Ensure compliance with all GeM policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements:
Experience in GeM portal operations.
Knowledge of bid participation, L1 creation, catalog management, and product link generation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Solid documentation and communication skills.
