Position Overview

We are looking for an L&D; qualified with 2–4 years of experience to manage and support employee learning initiatives, LMS operations, course creation, training coordination, and vendor/OEM engagement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, enrollment, assessments, tracking, and reports.
Create training content, e-learning courses, presentations, quizzes, and learning materials.
Leverage AI tools for content creation, learning solutions, and L&D; automation.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, trainers, SMEs, and employees.
Manage OEM and training vendor relationships, including obtaining and comparing quotations.
Negotiate with vendors/OEMs on pricing, discounts, schedules, and commercial terms.
Prepare L&D; presentations, reports, and management updates.




Track training participation, completion, feedback, and effectiveness.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in L&D;, training coordination, HR/L&D;, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with any LMS platform.
Positive knowledge of AI tools and digital learning solutions.
Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and course/content creation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good vendor management, OEM coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred

Experience in an IT/Technology organization and exposure to OEM (Microsoft,AWS,Google Cloud,etc) certification or technical training programs.
