Job Description – Garment Merchandiser

Position: Merchandiser
Department: Merchandising

Job Responsibilities
Manage orders from product development to final shipment.
Coordinate with buyers on styles, tech packs, costing, samples, approvals, and production.
Prepare and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with fabric, trims, sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams.
Follow up on sampling, buyer comments, approvals, and production status.
Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and shipment deadlines.
Maintain order records, approvals, and buyer correspondence.
Resolve production/order-related issues proactively and keep buyers updated.

Candidate Profile
5 years of experience in garment export merchandising.
Positive knowledge of fabrics, garments, measurements, sampling, and production.




Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Valuable command of MS Excel, email, and English communication.
Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with international buyers, buying houses, or export-oriented garment manufacturers.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
