Ensure compliance with Tata Steel safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
Conduct daily safety inspections, site audits, and hazard identification
Monitor and enforce the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Organize and conduct toolbox talks and safety training programs
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and initiate corrective actions
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; prepare detailed reports
Maintain safety documentation, registers, and inspection records
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure protected work practices
Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement in safety performance
Must have knowledge CSMS, ANNEXURE 8 & ANNEXURE 9
