JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and skilled CCTV Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR units, cabling, and related security equipment across client sites.

HEAD OFFICE - 18th Main Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
WORKING SITE - Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu (Candidates residing in or near Tambaram are preferred for quick on-site response)

Experience
0 – 3 years (Freshers with relevant technical diplomas, ITI certificates, or field training are welcome to apply)

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on CCTV systems (Analog & IP cameras).
Troubleshoot system faults, video signal loss, power supply failures, and network connectivity issues.
Install, terminate, and test cabling (CAT6, Coaxial, BNC, and RJ45 connectors).
Configure and calibrate DVR/NVR settings, storage hard drives, and mobile/remote viewing applications.
Conduct site visits across nearby locations to assess hardware performance and recommend necessary upgrades.
Document maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory accurately.





Required Skills
Practical knowledge of CCTV installation, wiring, and hardware maintenance.
Basic understanding of IP networking (IP assignment, routers, LAN setup for camera feeds).
Hands-on experience with tools (drills, crimping tools, multimeters, cable testers).
Solid field troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort with physical tasks, including working at heights (ladders) for camera adjustments.
Basic electrical knowledge (DC power adapters, SMPS, surge protection).

Preferred Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Hardware.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for local travel in and around Tambaram.
Strong communication skills and qualified field etiquette.
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to service calls.
