Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about course features, advantages, fees, and enrollment process.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and messages.
Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide a smooth enrollment experience.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure effective customer support.
Meet daily and monthly calling and revenue targets.
