Vianaar is looking for a Social Media Associate based in Goa with a solid eye for photography, video, and visual storytelling. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is creative, observant, and passionate about how a luxury brand communicates through visuals.

You will be responsible for capturing and creating engaging content across Vianaar properties, translating everyday moments into compelling social media stories in collaboration with the Marketing and Creative teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day social media management and posting (primarily Instagram)
Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos across properties and brand moments
Create visually engaging content with attention to detail, mood, and storytelling
Edit images and videos while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team for content execution
Organize and maintain a structured media library of images and videos
Stay updated with social media trends and formats
Support basic analytics tracking and content performance optimization

Requirements
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in social media,



photography, or content creation
Must be based in Goa and open to local travel for shoots
Robust interest in photography and visual composition (mobile or camera)
Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing
Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms
Working knowledge of editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile apps)
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively

Preferred Profile
A keen eye for detail—lighting, textures, framing, and composition
Interest in architecture, design, travel, lifestyle, or hospitality spaces
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working on-ground
Curious, proactive, and observant mindset

Additional Requirement
Portfolio, Instagram handle, or sample work showcasing photography/video content (personal or academic projects welcome)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
