Salary: ₹4,80,000 – ₹7,20,000 per year

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Architect with solid experience in designing commercial office spaces and interior layouts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural planning, 3D visualization, and site coordination, ensuring designs are practical, aesthetic, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and plan commercial office interiors, layouts, and workspace concepts
Prepare architectural drawings, detailed plans, 3D renders, and presentation boards
Coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, and vendors for smooth design execution
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation, measurement accuracy, and quality standards
Select materials, finishes, furniture layouts, and interior elements as per project needs
Ensure compliance with building bylaws,



safety regulations, and project timelines
Prepare BOQs, design specifications, and documentation for all interior and architectural works
Suggest innovative, space-effective, and cost-effective design solutions

Requirments
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
5–8 years of experience in real estate / construction industry
Strong experience in commercial office interior design (mandatory)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of materials, ergonomics, furniture layouts, and MEP coordination
Valuable communication, site coordination, visualization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
