We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a premium hotel construction project in Agartala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end civil construction activities, ensuring high-quality execution, timely project completion and effective coordination with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all civil construction activities for the hotel project.
Supervise site execution, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, timelines, safety and overall site performance.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and vendors.
Review and verify BOQs, contractor bills, material consumption, and project costs.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to maintain uninterrupted project execution.
Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in building construction projects.
Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise construction projects is preferred.
Solid knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, BOQ preparation, billing, quantity verification and project planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management software.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Ability to manage multiple contractors and cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations and cost control.
Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
