We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Need Educator (Part time) to join our team at Crimson World School Agra. As a Special Need Educator, you will provide individualized support and instruction to students with special needs, ensuring they receive a high-quality education that meets their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with special needs.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
Assess student progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning setting.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders about student progress.




Participate in professional development and stay updated on best practices in special education.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education (B.Ed in Special Education)
Experience working with students with special needs
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
Experience with IEP development and implementation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
