Key Responsibilities
Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and subcontractor bills.
Verify quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
Prepare measurement sheets and quantity reconciliations.
Coordinate with site teams, clients, and consultants for bill certification.
Maintain billing records, payment trackers, and project documentation.
Process variation and extra item claims.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
37 years of experience in civil billing, preferably in PEB or industrial projects.
Skills
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Valuable communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
