Title: Business: Business Analyst

Experience: 6+ years .

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced SME with robust domain expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Servicing, and Collections.

The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between Business, Operations, Technology, and QA teams, driving successful delivery of LMS and Collections initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Scenario & Test Readiness
Define detailed business scenarios and end-to-end process flows covering all LMS modules.
Review business scenarios with stakeholders and obtain approvals/sign-offs.
Support QA teams in understanding business requirements and expected outcomes.
Validate test coverage against business requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between Business, Operations, IT, Vendors, and QA teams.
Conduct requirement clarification sessions and workshops.
Present execution results, business impacts, and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders.
Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across teams.




Defect Management & Production Support
Participate in defect triage calls and support defect prioritization.
Analyze defects and assess business impact.
Work with development and QA teams to validate defect fixes.
Support UAT activities and production issue analysis.
Training & Change Management
Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
Support business teams during UAT and post-production rollout.
Loan Servicing & Collections Coverage

Must have solid knowledge of end-to-end loan servicing processes including:
Loan Origination handoff
Loan Booking & Account Setup
Repayment Schedule Management
Interest & Charges Processing
Prepayments & Foreclosure
Restructuring & Rescheduling
Delinquency Management
Collections & Recovery Processes
Write-off & Settlement
Customer Service Requests
Regulatory & Compliance Reporting
End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month Processing
