Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day D2C operations
Handle website operations (WordPress/WooCommerce)
Manage Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
Process orders, inventory, shipping & returns
Upload products, update pricing & offers
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
Resolve customer support queries
Create and improve operational processes
Track sales, inventory and operational reports

Requirements
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships/projects can apply)




Basic knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify
Valuable Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in a startup environment and learn quickly
