MIJA is a contemporary fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond jewellery, blending sustainable luxury with contemporary design. We are looking for confident and customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our team at our stores at Bandra, R city mall, Mumbai T2 Airport & Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide a personalized and premium shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery and collections.
Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
Develop robust knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery designs, craftsmanship, and new collections.
Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and customer transactions accurately.
Maintain proper product presentation, stock organization, and visual merchandising as per MIJA's brand standards.
Build long-term customer relationships through effective engagement and professional after-sales service.
Follow all applicable airport retail, security,



and operational procedures.

Requirements
Prior experience in diamond jewellery, fine jewellery, luxury retail, or premium retail sales.
Strong passion for sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
Confident personality, professional grooming, and a customer-first attitude.
Comfortable working rotational shifts in a 24×7 airport retail environment.
Experience handling international customers will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Graduation is mandatory.
Robust verbal English communication skills are essential.
