About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative AI Engineer with expertise in AI automation, workflow development, and

communication handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation systems using

modern AI and no-code/low-code tools while ensuring smooth operational and client communication processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage AI-powered automation workflows using n8n and Make.com.
Build intelligent process automations for business operations, lead management, reporting, and task execution.
Integrate APIs, third-party tools, CRMs, and AI services into automated systems.
Write and optimize scripts using Python for automation, data processing, and AI-related tasks.
Handle internal and external communication workflows efficiently.
Coordinate with teams and clients for requirement gathering and automation implementation.
Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow issues.
Work on AI integrations such as chatbots, AI agents, prompt workflows, and productivity systems.




Maintain proper documentation of workflows, automations, and system processes.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with n8n and Make.com.
Good knowledge of Python scripting and automation.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, chatbots, or AI agents.
Knowledge of workflow optimization and business process automation.
Familiarity with databases, Google Workspace automation, or CRM integrations.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment.
