We are looking for a MIS Executive to manage production data, generate reports, and support plant operations with accurate and timely information. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, and dispatch teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR)
Track milk input, production output, and product-wise conversion data
Maintain records of milk, curd, buttermilk, paneer, butter, ghee, SMP, and other products
Update production and stock data in Excel / ERP systems
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Monitor production targets vs actual performance
Maintain batch-wise and shift-wise production records
Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for accurate data
Provide production analysis and reports to management

Qualification




Any Degree (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)

Experience
3+ years of experience in MIS (Dairy Industry preferred)

Skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
Positive working knowledge of ERP systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
