ROLE OVERVIEW

As Hiring Manager at Owlwebs, you will be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs, crafting JDs, sourcing candidates, running interviews, to closing offers. You'll also help shape our employer brand and build a talent pipeline for future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles across tech, marketing, creative, and ops
Partner with department heads to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus connects, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate technical/skill-based interviews
Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-joining communication
Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire) and report to leadership Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline for recurring and future positions
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Handle onboarding coordination for current joiners

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition,



preferably in a digital agency or startup Proven track record of closing hires across creative, tech, and marketing roles
Strong understanding of platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're the first impression of Owlwebs
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously under tight deadlines
Hands-on experience with ATS tools or HRMS platforms
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates confidently

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience hiring for digital marketing, design, or tech-specific roles
Familiarity with employer branding strategies on LinkedIn and social media
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
