Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Location: Zirakpur | Full-Time | In-Office

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Actively source and screen candidates through Indeed, Naukri.com & LinkedIn.
Manage multiple job openings and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Proficient in Indeed, Naukri.com and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and professional personality.




Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
