Job Summary

PSK Roofing is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial roofing, and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business leads for PEB, roofing, and maintenance projects.
Meet architects, consultants, builders, factories, warehouses, and industrial clients.
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to prepare quotations.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.




2–5 years of experience in construction, PEB, roofing, industrial maintenance, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
Experience in PEB, steel structures, roofing, or industrial maintenance marketing.
Existing network with industrial clients, contractors, consultants, or builders.
Self-motivated with strong lead generation and closing skills.
