Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – US IT Staffing to manage recruitment/business operations, lead a team, coordinate with clients, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in team handling and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve business goals and performance targets.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and provide guidance to team members.
Handle client communications, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare performance reports, MIS reports,



and project status updates.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and delivery.
