Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Building Construction

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in material testing and quality assurance/quality control for building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise quality control activities for building construction projects.
Conduct and monitor material testing for concrete, steel, aggregates, cement, bricks, blocks, and other construction materials.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and laboratories for inspections and testing.
Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality procedures throughout project execution.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.




Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC with a solid focus on material testing for building construction projects.
Sound knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction standards.
Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and coordinating inspections.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working on residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and site quality inspections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
