The duties and responsibilities of a Principal include:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school
Formulate and implement school policies and procedures
Develop and manage the school’s academic and extracurricular programs
Meet with parents and teachers to discuss students’ progress and behavior
Recruit, hire, and train new school staff
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Post Graduate with B.ED
Proven experience as a Principal or similar role in an educational setting
Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
Attention to detail
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
