The role is focused on end-to-end operational execution and coordination, covering campaign support, vendor coordination, costing, documentation, execution follow-ups, and closure activities. The Operations Executive will work closely with the Campaign Manager, Sales, Field Team, and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, within timelines and as per the required quality standards.

Key profile to look for:
1–3 years of experience in operations, BTL, events, campaign coordination, agency operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
Solid experience in vendor coordination, quotations, costing, documentation, and follow-ups.
Ability to support campaigns from planning through execution and closure.
Comfortable coordinating with Campaign Managers, Sales, Field Teams, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.

and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Good understanding of Excel, MIS, documentation, and operational reporting.
Ability to track campaign timelines, pending activities, vendor deliverables, and ensure timely closure.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach toward identifying and resolving operational issues.
Comfortable with on-ground/event-day coordination and working across locations when required.
Should be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that campaign documentation, quotations, invoices, and closure reports are complete and accurate.

Pay: ₹15,123.58 - ₹25,000.00 per month
