About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Conduct initial HR screening and follow-ups
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Coordinate with hiring managers for hiring requirements
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline




Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with MS Office and job portals
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
