New Product Development Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and curious individual to join our team as a New Product & Development Executive for our Men’s Lifestyle business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, move quick, and build within a high-growth consumer brand environment.

What You’ll Do
Assist in sourcing and vendor management for products and packaging
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for sampling, costing, and timelines
Support product development and launch processes end-to-end
Research trends, ingredients, packaging, and competitor products
Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, branding, and category
Track product timelines, approvals, and inventory requirements




Help optimize sourcing costs while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to hustle
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace
Solid attention to detail and execution ability
Interest in beauty, personal care, fragrances, or consumer brands is a plus
