Payroll processing and salary coordination
Recruitment, interviews & onboarding
Attendance, leave & employee records management
Labour law & statutory compliance
Employee engagement activities & events
Training & development coordination
Employee grievance handling & HR support
Performance management and appraisal coordination
HR policies, documentation & MIS
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Experience: 3+ years in HR
Preferred: Experience in Food, Retail, QSR, Hospitality or FMCG indust

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
