Job Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for timely customer support.
Track leads, follow-ups, orders, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
Ensure proper and timely data entry in the CRM system.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on pending inquiries, orders, and payments when required.

Requirements




Graduate in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telesales, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
