Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Marketing Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support both HR operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Support employee engagement and training activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Marketing
Promote the company's services and training programs through calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, colleges, clients,



and business partners.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Follow up with leads and maintain the customer database.
Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
Assist in business development and client communication.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Malayalam is an added advantage.
