Social Media Manager – Artist Management Company

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of our artists and company.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
Build solid and unique personal brands and digital identities for our artists.
Create content calendars and manage daily posting across platforms.
Identify and leverage viral trends, Reels, Shorts, sounds, hashtags, and current formats.
Plan social media campaigns around music releases, performances, events, collaborations, and announcements.
Robust understanding of content creation, storytelling, captions, hooks, CTAs, and audience engagement.
Monitor analytics and use data to improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall growth.
Manage comments, DMs,



and fan communities.
Keep up with social media algorithms, trends, competitors, and platform updates.
Coordinate with artists, photographers, videographers, designers, and creative teams.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and other social media tools is preferred.
Experience in music, entertainment, influencer marketing, or artist management is a plus.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands that social media is more than posting—they know how to build an artist's brand, grow a fanbase, create engaging/viral content, and deliver measurable results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
