Job Summary

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for a banking process. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, following up with customers, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain banking and financial products to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and Credit Cards.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for application processing.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO,



banking, insurance, or customer service will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive and target-oriented attitude.

Language Requirements
Hindi – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Telugu – Not Mandatory; Added Advantage

Candidates with good Hindi and English communication skills can apply. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
