Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Coordinate Driver on Call, Taxi, Valet, and Personal Driver bookings.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Collect customer feedback and improve service quality.
Meet daily and monthly customer engagement and booking targets.
Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and bookings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
Positive customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
