Job Description - Interior Designer

EssEnn Architects is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with an architectural background to handle interior design development, working drawings, and execution coordination across residential, commercial, hospitality, and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts into detailed execution drawings.
Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall elevations, sections, and joinery details.
Produce GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings and technical documentation.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and execution quality.
Resolve site-related design and drawing issues.

Preferred Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
3–6 years of experience in interior design and execution.
Solid knowledge of working drawings, materials, and site execution.
Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or villa projects is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
