Role & Responsibilites :
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales of banking products and services.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
Handle branch audits, documentation, and risk management.

Qualification & Skills :
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management.
Positive knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulations.
Target-oriented with robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
