Technical Knowledge:
Accounting & Auditing Standards: Strong accounting concepts and understanding of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial statement analysis
Internal control – Good understanding of internal control framework, SOX compliaces
System Proficiency: Practical experience with accounting software like SAP
Advanced Excel: Ability to use Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and keyboard shortcuts, which are crucial for working with large datasets

Soft Skills:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (especially email etiquette) for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, spot discrepancies, and think critically.
Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
Adaptability & Professionalism: A proactive attitude, professional demeanour, and ethical mindset (integrity) are essential

Excellent knowledge of all key financial processes.
