We are looking for a Sales Trainer with experience in insurance and outbound processes to train Recent Hire (NH) batches and manage multiple lines of business (LoBs).
Key Responsibilities
Train teams on insurance sales and outbound calling processes.
Manage and deliver training for NH batches.
Handle multiple LoBs effectively and maintain training quality.
Ensure solid communication and clarity during training sessions.
Support continuous improvement in sales performance through effective training methods.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in insurance portfolios with outbound sales exposure.
Ability to handle multiple LoBs and diverse training groups.
Work Details
Shift: Day shift
Week Off: Sunday fixed off / rotational (depending on process)
