Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/product development.
Experience working with web-based or enterprise applications.
Solid requirement gathering and business process analysis skills.
Ability to create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Positive understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience working closely with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Positive understanding of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
Solid communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify requirements gaps, dependencies, and edge cases.
Preferred
Experience with SaaS applications.
Experience with UAT.
Experience in financial services or other enterprise domains.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
