Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
Prepare accurate Job Cards (Repair Orders).
Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections and explain observations to customers.
Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repairs.
Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins.
Follow up on repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Recommend preventive maintenance, accessories, and value-added services.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after quality inspection.
Explain completed work, invoices, and maintenance recommendations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain complete service records in the DMS/CRM system.
Achieve service, labor, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
