Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound calling, or inside sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services clearly.
Generate qualified leads and follow up regularly.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound calling, or inside sales.




Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude and professional behaviour.

Preferred
Experience in real estate, education, banking, insurance, or similar sales industries.
Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
