We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, preparing quotations, email communication, CRM handling, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities
Telecalling and generating new leads
Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
Preparing and sending quotations
Email communication with customers and vendors
Maintaining customer database and CRM records
Coordinating with sales team for order processing
Closing deals and maintaining customer relationships
Preparing reports in Excel and maintaining documentation
Supporting day-to-day back office operations

Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati




Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Computer Operations
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customers professionally
Knowledge of CRM handling preferred
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Back Office / Telecalling role is mandatory

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month
Sunday Fixed Off
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
