Join our fast-growing overseas recruitment team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will connect with potential job seekers, explain international job opportunities and guide them through the application process. Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: In-person
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential job seekers on a daily basis.
Clearly explain overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and application procedures.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and job portals.
Counsel candidates and convert prospects into confirmed applicants.
Maintain strong knowledge of destination countries, job categories, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams including documentation, visa, and placement.




Record all calls, follow-ups, and conversions accurately in the system.
Achieve monthly targets related to call volume, lead conversions, and revenue.

Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Tamil & English.
Knowledge of other languages such as Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage.
Persuasive speaking ability with confidence on calls.
Target-driven mindset with good follow-up discipline.
Basic computer skills and CRM/record-keeping ability.
