Position: Assistant Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers and internal departments, manage sales documentation, prepare reports, and ensure timely order execution while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales coordination activities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, deliveries, and product information.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order execution.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Monitor pending orders and follow up on outstanding payments.




Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer correspondence.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com or BBA preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and basic computer applications.
Good spoken and written English.
