About the Company:

Sporting Syndicate is the largest Sports Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1949 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.

About the role:

We are looking for an individual to assist in HR Department. The roles and responsibilities will include:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation for Recent employees
Maintain and update employee databases and records.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Provide administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling
meetings, and coordinating office activities.
In this internship,



the intern will learn:
Skilled and tactfully screen and onboard outstanding talent
HR module software
Employee benefits, labour laws
Payroll, attendance and salary creation knowledge
Train, educate and motivate team members

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
