Job Description – Production Supervisor (Fresher)

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and career-oriented freshers to join our Production team. The candidate will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, monitor production processes, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production plans.
Assist in operating and supervising chemical manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain production records, batch documents, and shift reports.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process losses.
Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices.




Follow all EHS guidelines and statutory safety requirements.

Qualification
Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or
B.Sc. in Chemistry.

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Industrial training or internship in a chemical or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
