The Role (Or What You'll Actually Own)

You won't just lead writers. You'll lead the thinking.

You'll take a brief that says increase engagement and turn it into a story people actually care about.

You'll:
Turn strategy into narratives people remember
Push writers beyond functional into fearless
Build campaigns that balance brand and performance
Lead pitches that don't just present ideas,



they sell belief
Manage multiple brands without letting the thinking go generic
Protect the craft without losing sight of business impact

What This Is Not

It's not a senior copywriter plus approvals role.
It's not about playing secure to keep everyone comfortable.

It's about owning the creative spine of B2C brands.

What We're Looking For

You probably:
Have solid years in creative/copy roles (B2C experience matters)
Have built and led a team and make them better
Have shaped pitch decks that actually won
Care deeply about craft, but understand performance metrics
Can simplify chaos into clarity
